What are the advantages that a high energy class ensures?

Gradually all the houses entered into the real estate market will have their "label" energy that will certify the quality.

"Certify" means understanding what consumes a house by relating what produces heat (plants) with what disperses it (walls, windows, etc..). This value, the result of accurate measurements and calculations, is then inserted in the register energy and remains associated with the house until the next certification.

In the near future which homes will have greater commercial value? Those located in a class higher energy (low consumption) or those in a class lower energy (high consumption)? The answer is obvious: the higher the energy class, the lower the consumption of the house, the higher the commercial value.

The energy performance certificate is a document that indicates in a letter consumption of the building. The law provides a scale from A (with A + which is absolutely the most virtuous), to G (which is the most energy-consuming, the one with the highest consumption). This value, for now, only takes into account consumption for heating in winter and those for the production of hot water and does not consider those for air conditioning and lighting. With subsequent addendums the legislator will proceed to the extension of certification to all the energy consumption of buildings.

The energy performance certificate lasts for ten years and allows you to know the quality of a home and to quantify the actions to make it less energy-consuming.

Energy certification is designed to reduce energy consumption at the global level as well as choosing an appliance that consumes little power, we will choose a home not only for the various factors that characterize it today (location, quality of services and distance, noise, etc. etc.) but also on the basis of its consumption measured in kilowatt-hours.

With the energy certification you will soon have advantages for many categories: in the construction industry there will be more restructuring aimed at curbing energy expenditure; citizens will have in hand a tool with which to choose the apartment also based on consumption and not only according to the finishes, the country will have an impact in terms of energy and environmental sustainability due to the improvement of the energy performance of the building stock.

If my house is not very efficient, how can I improve performance?

The qualified technician will report all the operations that you can do to increase its efficiency class. In this regard it must be remembered that many of these operations have incentives or through systems such as the energy bill, or through tax deductions, enabling you to immediately recover the initial investment.

Tax deduction of 55%

Since 2007 extended until 2012, is in force a system interesting and effective way to reduce energy consumption of the houses in which we live. In particular, there is a tax deduction of 55% of the expenditure incurred for:

- Reduction of heat loss in buildings (replacement windows, insulated walls ...), installation of

- Solar panels for hot water production; installation of condensing boilers; construction of new

- Buildings with high energy efficiency, general interventions energy upgrading of existing buildings.
